All OLD SCHOOL CATTLE Bulls are developed slow, without grain. We may only have a small offering due to culling, but we feel that it is better to do it this way rather than "feed-up" and sell an inferior product that will fall apart on pasture.

What have these bulls had to eat? Mostly fescue grass and hay if necessary. Depending on the year and available forage, they may receive a small amount of high roughage, non-grain supplement (soybean hulls).

Before being sold, all bulls must pass breeding soundness exams and be free of the Osteopetrosis (OS) genetic defect based on testing of either the bull or his ancestry. Unless otherwise stated, these are virgin bulls-no plans for Trich testing at this time, unless required by your state or the bulls reach 2 years of age. Health papers will be provided for out of state sales.

We reserve the right to remove any bull from sale consideration for any reason at any time.

We retain semen rights on all "OLD SCHOOL CATTLE" Bulls sold. Semen drawn for in-herd use can be done by the purchaser at anytime without permission. However, if the purchaser desires to draw and market semen from one or more of these bulls, the purchaser must contact "OLD SCHOOL CATTLE" to arrange a fair agreement.
